KELAB ANWAR IBRAHIM ANJUR PERTANDINGAN ESEI
ReplyDeleteMerpati Jingga, sebuah portal web yang ditubuhkan pada Ogos 2001 yang lalu akan menganjurkan pertandingan menulis esei yang bagi ahli-ahli komunitinya dan orang awam.
Pertandingan tersebut dianjurkan oleh Kelab Anwar Ibrahim (AIC) dan akan dibantu oleh Blog Bugs, sebuah kumpulan blogger yang memenangi hadiah utama Socio-Political Entrepreneurship (YSPE) 2006 di bawah anjuran Yayasan Frederich Naumann Foundation.
Dengan sokongan yang diterima daripada pihak yayasan dan Blog Bugs, pertandingan ini akan lebih meriah dengan menawarkan hadiah pertama RM500 beserta cenderamata.
Pemenang juga mungkin berpeluang untuk menghadiri beberapa siri seminar yang dianjurkan oleh yayasan di luar Negara khususnya dalam bidang penulisan.
Para pemenang dan artikel terbaik juga akan dipilih untuk dimuatkan dalam buku koleksi penulisan yang dipanggil Melangkaui Sempadan.
Pertandingan ini dijangka bermula pada pertengahan April dan siri setiap minggu, tajuk berlainan akan diberikan. Setiap minggu juga akan menyaksikan penyisihan peserta sehinggalah juara diperolehi.
Pertandingan akan dijalankan dalam Bahasa Melayu.

Untuk saringan awal peserta diminta menulis Esei 400 patah perkataan berkaitan dengan “Pemahaman Saya Mengenai Tahun Melawat Malaysia 2007.” Tarikh tutup pusingan ini ialah 15 Mei 2007.
Setiap dua minggu, seorang peserta akan dikeluarkan daripada pertandingan atas dasar mempunyai undi terendah.
Permakahan berdasarkan undian poll yang boleh diperolehi daripada laman Merpati Jingga dan 50% daripada juri professional.
ANWAR IBRAHIM CLUB ORGANISE COMPETITION
Merpati Jingga, a web portal which was established in August 2001 and have organized a numerous events now has planned a nationwide essay competition for young, liberal people.
The competition will be organized by Anwar Ibrahim Club (AIC) and assisted by a group of young influenced independent bloggers who called themselves Blog Bugs. They won the Young Socio-Political Entrepreneurship (YSPE) 2006. The competition is sponsored by Frederich Naumann Foundation.
With the support from the foundation and Blog Bugs, Merpati Jingga now is proudly offers RM500 for the grand prize.
The winner will also be given a chance to attend a seminar organized by the foundation in outside country.
Selected essays will also be chosen to be published in a book; Melangkaui Sempadan (Beyond Boders) – a collection of article in a book.
The preliminary session of competition will be conducted virtually in mid-April.
The competition will be conducted Bahasa Melayu.

For the preliminary round, participants are require to write a 400 words essay about “My Understanding on Visit Malaysia Year 2007”. The essay must be in Bahasa Melayu.
Every two weeks, one participant will be eliminated base on the lowest vote.
50% of the marks come from the polling and 50% from the professional jury.
